InstaChatbot started as a weekend experiment for a coffee shop owner who was answering the same three questions on WhatsApp every morning. By Monday, the bot had handled 200 messages without their phone buzzing once.
Six months later, hundreds of small businesses use it — coffee shops, salons, clinics, local D2C brands. The product hasn't really changed shape: it's still a list of rules and a feed of conversations. We just keep removing friction until it disappears.
