Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of InstaChatbot. By creating an account or otherwise using the service you agree to be bound by them.
1. The service
InstaChatbot provides a no-code platform for automating replies on WhatsApp Business via Meta's Cloud API. We provide the software; you provide the WhatsApp number, content, and Meta credentials.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use InstaChatbot to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or content that violates Meta's policies.
- Harass, defraud, or mislead recipients.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the service without our written consent.
- Interfere with the integrity of the service or other users' use of it.
4. Plans, billing, and refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Razorpay. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current period. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Plan limits
Each plan caps monthly outbound messages and the total number of rules per shop. We enforce these in software. Sustained attempts to circumvent the caps may result in suspension.
6. Service availability
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Status updates are posted at /status.
7. Intellectual property
InstaChatbot retains all rights, title, and interest in the service and its content. You retain ownership of the rules and replies you author.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstaChatbot disclaims all implied warranties.
10. Limitation of liability
InstaChatbot's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes are announced via email or in-app. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
