Six steps, two halves. Replying takes an afternoon; broadcasting waits only on Meta's template review.
About 15 minutes
Create a Meta Business app, generate a permanent token, and paste it in. We hand you a webhook URL and a verify token to drop straight into Meta's dashboard.
Takes 4–5 minutes, and the setup guide walks each screen.
Read the setup guideAdd keywords with exact or contains matching. Drag to reorder so the most specific fire first. Toggle rules live to test before going public.
One card per rule. Text or image replies, optional captions.
Tour the rule builderWe acknowledge every Meta webhook immediately and send the reply asynchronously. Anything no rule catches goes to Claude, or to your fallback message.
Unmatched messages are tracked separately — that's your to-do list.

Every person who messages you is saved as a contact — opted out by default. They opt in by replying START, or you mark consent yourself when they gave it offline.
A reply of STOP unsubscribes instantly, before any other processing.
How consent worksMarketing outside the 24-hour service window must use a template Meta reviewed. Write it once, submit it, and the approval status syncs back automatically.
Usually reviewed within minutes to a few hours. You'll see the reason if it's rejected.
About templatesPick the template, fill its variables, preview the exact message, then send now or schedule it. Delivery and read receipts land back on each contact.
Rate-limited to stay inside your Meta tier, and cancellable mid-flight.
Check send allowancesReplies acknowledge Meta first and send asynchronously. Campaigns go the other way and report back on the same webhook.

STOP is checked first — before rules, before AI, before plan limits. An opt-out always works, even on a paused or over-quota shop.
